Q. Do I need vaccinations ?
A. Yes, vaccinations are mandatory/recommended for certain destinations. Information is given on the destination information pages of our website, however, we recommend you contact your GP or the Tropical Medical Bureau for information.
 
Q. What currency should I bring ?
A. For those countries that you cannot buy local currency in advance, we recommend that you bring US Dollars.
 
Q. What is my baggage allowance ?
A. Your baggage allowance is generally 20kg in economy class and 30kg in Business Class. Low cost carriers such as RyanAir offer lower allowances of 15kg. Your baggage allowance is indicated on your flight tickets. Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in. No guarantee whatsoever can be made regarding the carriage of excess luggage, therefore we strongly receommend you travel within your baggage allowance. 
** Please note, sea-plane transfers in Maldives have a baggage allowance of 20KG
** Please note, light aircraft trasnfers in Mozambique have a baggage allowance of 15kgs and must be 'soft luggage'.
 
Q. How much Deposit needs to be paid ?
A. Our normal deposit is €200 per person. However, at times we use promotional airfares which need to be paid in full at time of booking. If this is the case, then we will advise at time of booking what deposit needs to be paid.
 
Q. When is my balance due ?
A. The balance of your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to travel. If you are travelling over the Christmas period full payment may be required earlier, depending on the destination/hotel.
 
Q. What time will my hotel room be ready ?
A. Generally, check-in time for hotels is between 14h00-15h00 and check-out time is between 11am-12 noon. If you are arriving into your resort before 14h00, we strongly recommend booking your room from the night before to guarantee an early check-in. Likewise, if you are departing on a night flight, we recommend booking an additional nights accommodation.
 
Q. Is there a Dress Code ?
A. Most hotels have a "Smart casual" dress codes during dining times. Generally no swimwear or shorts are permitted. If you are travelling to Dubai, women are requested to wear knee length skirts or trousers and to cover their shoulders in public. Beachwear is however permitted around hotel pool areas and beach.
 
Q. What time should I check-in for my flight?
A. With the increase in airport security, we strongly recommend you give yourself additional time to check-in. For UK and European flights, we recommend checking in 2 hours prior to travel and for Longhaul flights 3 hours check-in prior to travel. 
 
Q. Can I reserve a flight seat in advance ?
A. Not all airlines allow you to pre-book seats free of charge. Certain airlines charge a fee to pre-book seats. Please contact our Sales Team 01-895 8665
 
Q. Can I upgrade my flight ?
A. Yes, most airlines offer different cabin classes, such as Premium Economy, Business Class and First Class. Please contact our Sales Team on 01 - 895 8665 for upgrade options that may be available.
